The Bay Air Center (BAC) is a Bay Area Air District
(Air District)-sponsored community resource that provides
technical guidance, materials, and training to Bay Area
community members and organizations, free of charge, to
support their efforts to understand and improve air quality.
The BAC is staffed by people with deep experience in the
fields of air quality and community engagement from Kearns

This annual report outlines key achievements, program milestones, and strategic insights gained over the past year while providing a vision for the BAC’s priorities in 2025. Throughout 2024, the BAC focused on delivering technical assistance, expanding access to air quality data, and supporting locally led environmental efforts and educational campaigns.
